The DIO working group Data and Law aims to facilitate the legally compliant use of data in research and development and thus actively strengthen the data economy in Austria.
The group is composed of experts and researchers who work together on the interface between data and law, on problems of the data economy with regard to data trade, data exchange or the publication of data.
The core topics of the Data and Law Working Group are currently, but not exclusively:
The development of information content, embedded in modern learning concepts in the field of micro-learning, to support e.g. founders.
The joint concept development and targeted provision of technology-supported legal content, e.g. via contract generators.
